Ad rates and sizes (length x width) are as follows:

Business card sized ad – 3 ½ x 2 - $75.00

½ page ad – 6 x 3 ½- $140.00

Full page, inner ad – 6 x 7 ½ - $275.00

Back page, sponsor ad – 6 x 7 ½ - $375.00

As the Clairfields Neighbourhood Group is a non-profit, grassroots organization, your ad payment is considered a donation and is applied directly against printing costs and, therefore, no tax nor charitable receipt is applicable.  If you would like to donate more than the stated ad rate, a charitable receipt from the City of Guelph can be issued at your request for the extra amount donated to the group. All ads are in color. Ads should be received no later than six weeks prior to publishing date. Ads are preferred in PDF format, but we will accept power point and certain other forms of media. However, we cannot guarantee quality of those formats. Please insure that your ad is proofed and edited, as we will check for spelling, but we will not adjust your copy.

We deliver to over 1200 homes in the Clairfields area, all local retail and banking businesses, the Westminster Square branch of the GPL, as well as some Guelph city staff, the Mayor and all City Council. We publish on the first day of January, April, July and October. The newsletters, and all advertising, are also posted on our website at www.clairfields.org. Please note that we have limited space for advertising, and will take advertisers on a first come, first serve basis. Advertising deadlines are six weeks prior to publish date. Printing costs are variable and can change at any time. Guarantee your ad space and rates by reserving, in advance, for the year (4 issues).

All payments are due in full on the publishing date, and cheques are payable to the Clairfields Neighbourhood Group.
